How to Book
Start with a consultation
Every treatment at Vianova begins with an Initial Consultation & Assessment. It is free, takes around 30 minutes, and there is no obligation to proceed. We look at your skin or scalp, ask about your health and your goals, and explain your options, including the price, the recovery and the risks of anything we recommend.
Follow Up Consultation
If you already have a treatment plan with us, a Follow Up Consultation lets us review how your skin has responded and adjust the plan if needed. It is also free. It usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, and we allow more time if you need it.
Treatment Appointments
Treatment appointments are booked separately, after your consultation. A deposit is taken when you book a treatment
